We deliver to European Union countries via Packeta Group. Since shipping costs vary by destination, the final price for delivery is calculated individually after your order is placed.
How the process works:
- Place your order: Complete your order in the e-shop. No payment is required at this stage.
- Shipping calculation: We will calculate the shipping cost and send you a confirmation email with the final price.
- Payment: You will receive payment details for our Euro account, including a QR code for a fast and easy SEPA bank transfer.
- Dispatch: Your parcel will be shipped immediately after the payment is received.
Payment Methods (EUR):
- 🏦 Bank Transfer (SEPA) with QR code – Safe and easy payment to our Euro account.
- Please note: Online card payments are currently not available for international EU orders.

Returns
You can return the goods without giving a reason within 30 days of receipt. In the event of returning unsuitable goods, we do not provide free return services via Packeta. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
